Welcome! I’m Mary Bruland, LCSW. I’m a Christian therapist who helps teens and women build confidence, heal from past wounds, and create healthy relationships rooted in their identity and faith. I offer in person and telehealth counseling for women, and teen counseling for young women 15+.
My goal is to provide a safe and judgment-free space to explore life, relationships, career, faith, identity, thoughts, and emotions. I can help you process life circumstances, pursue healthy relationships, learn coping skills, change faulty thinking patterns, and heal from emotional wounds.
I’m Mary Bruland, a licensed clinical social worker counseling women and teens in Tucson, AZ. I bring a gentle, compassionate, and encouraging presence to therapy, creating a space where you can feel safe to be yourself. I believe in meeting each client with dignity, respect, and without judgment. I love getting to know your story and walking alongside you as you grow, heal, and move toward your goals.

I offer in-person counseling for teens and women in Tucson, and I’m glad to incorporate Christian counseling when it aligns with your beliefs and preferences.
My style is flexible and personalized, blending different counseling approaches based on who you are and what you want to work on. I use proven, evidence-based tools to help you gain clarity, build confidence, and move out of feeling stuck.
I understand the unique pressures many women carry—balancing relationships, responsibilities, and expectations while often feeling stretched thin or unsure of their next step. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, be heard, and begin to sort through what’s really going on beneath the surface.
In our work together, we can focus on:
Therapy is a place to better understand yourself, process what you’ve been carrying, and develop practical tools you can use in everyday life. As you grow in self-awareness and confidence, you’ll be better equipped to make decisions that align with your values and create relationships that reflect your worth.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for something to change, I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you move toward greater clarity, strength, and fulfillment.
The teen years can feel overwhelming—for both teens and their families. Between school, friendships, identity, and growing independence, it’s common to feel anxious, stuck, or unsure of how to handle everything.
I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where teens can talk openly, make sense of what they’re feeling, and learn how to navigate challenges with more confidence. Together, we work on:
My approach is practical and relational—helping teens not only process what’s going on, but also develop tools they can use in everyday life. Adolescence is a time of growth and change. With the right support, teens can build resilience, gain confidence in who they are, and move forward with greater clarity and strength.
For clients who desire it, I offer counseling that thoughtfully integrates faith into the therapy process. I believe your spiritual life can be a meaningful part of healing, growth, and decision-making.
Christian counseling can include:
My approach is always respectful and client-led—I meet you where you are and incorporate faith in a way that aligns with your beliefs and comfort level.
Whether you’re seeking deeper spiritual connection or simply want your values reflected in therapy, I’m here to support you in a way that feels authentic and meaningful.
